Starting now, Cineplex is offering free refills on large popcorn and fountain drinks at theatres across the country.
Whether you’re catching the latest blockbuster or rewatching a fan-favourite, your snacks can now last through the credits (and maybe the trailers if you're enjoying a double feature).
Here’s how it works: upgrade to a large popcorn or fountain drink at the concession counter or via Cineplex mobile ordering. When you’re ready for more, simply head back to the concession stand for one free same-day refill.
“A big part of enjoying a movie on the big screen are the snacks, so by offering our guests a free refill on their large popcorn and fountain drink, we ensure their favourite movie snack and drink doesn’t run out and more can even be enjoyed on the way home,” said Kevin Watts, Executive Vice President, Exhibition & Location Based Entertainment, Cineplex.
While this perk is perfect for in-theatre moviegoers, it’s worth noting that the offer doesn’t extend to delivery orders. So, if you’re planning to take advantage of this delicious deal, you’ll need to enjoy your snacks at the theatre.
